DELETE OUR OLD APP
The new app’s icon is similar. Doing this first will help avoid confusion.
DOWNLOAD THE NEW APP
Search the App or Play Store for “The Athletic Club+” and download the app.
Click “Login” under "Already have an account?" Use the email address associated with your membership and the temporary password “abcd1234” after which you will be asked to enter a new password. Note - Members' accounts are automatically created when you join. Don’t "Sign up with email" because the system will say that your email already exists. Just click on “Login.”
SELECT YOUR CLUB
Choose your main club location. If you are an all-access member, select the Club at which you joined. (You will still be able to see information from all of them.)
SET UP YOUR PROFILE
Click on the home button on the bottom left-hand side of the app. Click on the “Profile” icon. Fill out the form so that your name is visible when using the app instead of just your email address.
MEMBER PORTAL - EMPOWER M.E.
Click on the "Club" button on the bottom of the app. The first icon, called "Member Portal," is a link to our club management software where you can view your charges, make a payment, change your payment source, confirm court reservations and register for programs that require additional payment. (It goes to the same place as "login to your account" under "Member Tools" does on our website.) This access requires a login that is separate and distinct from the one you used to set up your app and for security reasons you will be asked for your password every time. The first time you login, use your barcode number for your username and password after which you will be asked to customize them. (Your barcode number is available under "Home" on the bottom bar of the app.)
Also found under "Club" on the bottom of the app, this icon looks like a present and links you to our rewards program. This program is run by third party software so it also requires its own username and password. In order to get points for all of your check ins, be sure and use the email we have on file for you in our member database when you set up your account. The rewards program has some great benefits which you can learn about here.
