Adaptive Aquatics Hour is a supportive, inclusive swim program designed for swimmers with diverse needs. This program provides structured practice in a welcoming environment that encourages skill development, confidence, and connection. Participation is open to any swimmer who meets the adaptive criteria.
Eligible swimmers include those with:
- Developmental or Intellectual Disabilities: Conditions affecting learning, communication, or cognitive processing, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, or Angelman Syndrome.
- Sensory Disabilities: This includes swimmers with visual impairments and those who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Please note, swimmers must be able to swim the full length of the pool unassisted.

Fridays | July 10 - August 7
4:30 - 5:30 pm
Members $90 | Non-members $140
Maximum of 25 swimmers
Our goal is to create a positive, structured aquatic experience where swimmers can continue building endurance, technique, and independence in the water.
