Our new Adult Power Hour series is designed for adult swimmers (18+ years old) of all levels who want focused, skill-based training in a supportive environment. Each one-hour session provides the perfect balance of technique work, endurance training, and skill development, including flip turns, stroke refinement, pacing, and more.
Led by certified USA Swimming Coaches, these sessions are tailored to help you swim smarter, stronger, and more efficiently. Whether your goal is to improve lap times, build endurance, or simply feel more confident in the water, Adult Power Hour offers the structure, guidance, and motivation you need to succeed.
Program Details:
Saturdays | 8:00 - 9:00 AM | May 30 - August 8 (No class July 4)
Members: $18 / Nonmembers: $28
Class Cap: 7 swimmers
Swimming Ability: Must be comfortable swimming at least one length of the pool continuously. Swimmers should have basic knowledge of freestyle and backstroke.
Equipment: Swimmers should bring their own: Swim cap (optional, but recommended for long hair), goggles, and swim suit (one piece is preferred).
Pool Etiquette: Must be able to share a lane with other swimmers and follow coach instructions.

August 1: Review Freestyle & Backstroke
August 8: Review Butterfly & Breaststroke
